MY WEEK IN PHOTOS: SEPTEMBER 9–15, 2019!
Pink pottery finished, hot soft shell crab and hand pies, a day at the Hollywood swimming pool, and a chill weekend with plants and pups.
Enjoy!
Working a bit late on Monday to cover an event. The occasion was a combo birthday party and archive acquisition celebration.
Went to pottery on Tuesday *whoa*
Zach made dinner in the crockpot
The two finalists for my gift to Kiki. I thought that the shape on the right was better, and could fit flowers more easily. So I decided to gift her that one, and the one of the left had weird blue flecks in it.
Love wearing my giant pants, why NOT. Life is too short to have small pants.
Went out to try out a new restaurant, enjoyed a spicy Nashville hot style soft shell crab before picking out a few pies, one to bring to my coworker.
Zach’s pie of choice we shared back home.
The light in the morning has been so pleasant
Sometimes you need unnaturally bright colored icecream
Now that the comic books are organized, Tweedy can finally rest.
Hollywood Pool! They had a waterslide and diving board, and my inner child jumped OUT having a blast diving off the board over and over.
Got to teach Tristan to dive, a blessin’
Wandered around with the towel for way too long. Just had a fun day at the pool where you feel tired from the sun and swimming but also relaxed.
Snoop has arrived for his week staying over
Got home and started cleaning Glenn’s cage and suddenly (s)he was up to the ceiling
This was a pretty busy week at work, so I shot a lot less. Maybe a blessing for your scrolling fingers.
Thanks for reading!

A question that you may or may not feel inclined to answer? So! Let’s do it. I invite you to answer in the comments:
When you were a kid, what summer activity did you always look forward to?
I used to take swim lessons at the high school and afterwards I used to get a Spongebob icecream from the icecream truck.

Much love friends.
As a child, I always looked forward to swimming, either on the beach or in pools. I STILL love swimming.
